Molly-Mae is an internationally published model, creative director, and passionate advocate, dedicated to empowering others to embrace their true selves and live as the main character in their own story. With extensive experience in the fashion and creative industries, she has created the company to further inspire confidence, body positivity, and authenticity.
Her philosophy is simple: Anyone can be the main character.
Molly-Mae is a proud LGBTQIA+ individual, and her journey is one of embracing her authentic self while championing visibility and acceptance for all. She is also a mental health advocate, using her platform to break the stigma surrounding mental health and promote wellness, self-care, and empowerment.
At Maetriarchy, Molly will be the glue holding all the bits together for your trip. Always present. Helping you on and off the horses. Drying eyes when you realise how amazing you are. Holding hands. Picking out the right highlighter. Getting everyone around safely. Petting dogs. The usual.
Simone Stocks

Simone, part of the Maetriarchy team from its inception, is a vital backbone throughout the retreats and will be there for you every step of the way as well.
A lifelong horsewoman, internationally renowned model and a downright warm-spirited, calm energy - Simone is Maetriarchy’s Assistant Director, she is the spring in all of our steps.
Simone will be there every step of the way with you. From styling your outfits, capturing moments behind the scenes, listening to your worries to helping you on and off horses and in and out of gorgeous costuming. She has a plethora of experience in the equestrian world, the modelling world, the photography world and the content world.
As an established photographer herself she’s fully qualified in all realms of the Maetriarchy world, and a seasoned veteran of every single retreat we have ever run. The only time you may not see her is when she’s leading the pack on a group gallop on her trusty black stallion Maktub, then, best of luck catching her!
Simone is always on hand to assist, and remains the brightest beacon of positivity & joy amongst our staff & guests.
Bradley "Chewy" Dove-Dixon
Award-Winning Videographer | Neurodivergent

Bradley Dove-Dixon, better known as Chewy of Chewymedia, is a highly skilled and patient videographer known for his ability to capture the very best in every subject he films. With an innate talent for making people feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, he has earned a reputation for bringing out the most authentic and striking versions of his models, whether seasoned professionals or first-time stars.
As a neurodivergent creative, Chewy brings a unique perspective to his work, one that values patience, understanding, and a deep sensitivity to the individual needs of every person he works with. Chewy’s videos have garnered viral success, reaching millions and earning him widespread recognition for his storytelling and cinematic style.
At Maetriarchy, Chewy has one imperative job. And that is making everyone look like a main character. And boy, is he good at it. The best actually. Other jobs include trying to sneak kittens into his bag on the flight home, going on side quests and leaving his glasses behind.
Sally Sparrow

Sally Sparrow is a renowned photographer, celebrated for her ability to capture the essence of the divine feminine in every frame. With her work published in Vogue and other prestigious outlets, Sally’s unique perspective and keen eye for beauty have earned her a place at the online forefront of the fashion and portrait photography world.
As a neurodivergent artist, Sally brings a deeply intuitive and empathetic approach to her photography. Her creativity thrives on understanding the stories and emotions of her subjects, making her shoots not just about the image, but about the connection between photographer and model. She has an incredible ability to make her clients feel seen, heard, and celebrated for who they are.
At Maetriarchy, Sally is going to be taking figments of your imagination, the mirror image of how you see yourself in your wildest dreams.. and making it real. Seriously. She's epic. Sally's images changed my life (4th wall break, hey it's Molly.). She took me from a scared 21 year old who was nervous around the camera and transformed me into a working model. Let her change your perspectives too.
May be found also sneaking the local cats in her bag or doing funky acro yoga poses on the roof.
Jacob Gourley
Runner, Driver, Bag Carrier, Artist and more, Jacob (fiancé of our wonderful photographer, Sally) is with us throughout the trip to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Wether it's carrying your suitcase (full to the brim of fantasy styling) to your room, or driving you to your next location, we know that you'll be in safe hands with Jacob!

Flo Knoyle
Flo is an award-winning equestrian photographer with her own glorious established brands in equestrian design and photography. She also happens to be our nearest and dearest friend, and as such, with her over-qualifications we are delighted to have her on our retreats as one of our designated content creators. Flo, alongside Lauren, will be over the shoulder of the Directors & creatives as you have your main character moment, shooting on Iphones to ensure you have content immediately after your shoot has wrapped. A professional horse-woman, she also is immeasurably helpful on our equestrian shoots and excursions in particular. You’ll often find Flo vaping in a corner due to being overstimulated, climbing aboard horses no one else can ride or screaming gleefully when our girls come out in their costumes because Flo is the worlds biggest hype woman.
Lauren Fernandez
Lauren is a world-renowned alternative model, creative & tattoo artist from the South of England. A creative chameleon, she’s worked in the photographic industry for 10+ years and has always lent her hands to the creative arts. Her accreditations aside, Lauren joins us on the Maetriarchy team as a designated content creator. She will be, like Flo, over the shoulders of the rest of the team, making sure every moment is soaked up on an iPhone lens for you to pour over immediately as the shoot wraps. Though true, anyone can hold a phone and point it… what sets Lauren aside is her genuine delight for our guests. This woman will be in floods of empathetic tears for you at the drop of a hat. Her genuine excitement, joy and endless support will lift you up with ease as you enjoy your retreat photoshoots with her by your side! You’ll often find her cuddling the local cats, cooking up an insane photoshoot of her own or having a long, sleepy lay-in (deserved.)
